Project: big scale gambling game

I believe every game needs objective (goal) so my project is narrow down that has strong objective. One of the strong objective game could be gambling (because of money involvement makes strong goal) so I want to create new types of gambling game. And so far, I realized from class game exercise, more people is more fun to game, there fore, I'm thinking of big scale gambling game.

A big scale gambling game-- this is a really interesting idea. There aren't many, unless you consider a massive betting event like the Superbowl or races at the horse track.

I think maybe it would be good, though, to differentiate between "payoff" and "goal". The goal, or objective, in a game isn't to win money-- that's the payoff, that's what happens IF you win. The goal, or objective tells you what you need to do in ORDER to win. You have to pick the right number, or pick the right horse. So your GOAL is to pick the right number, your PAYOFF is money. Do you see what I mean? What kind of goals would be interesting in a massively scaled gambling game?

What I was try to said Adding money to any game such like rock-paper-sciossor increases the motivation and make it more intense~ yeah~

Like wise... some incident happen in Indonesia...
I used to play gamble with Chines Mob in indoensia with soccoer game... what I did was... just called them ... and I can bet any objects...such as car, motocycle, computer and house.
I've bet my car, and I won the game... and I just earn another exactly same car.
Now the point is, while I watch this soccer game... I was much more into it... and almost panic mode... so the risk/ money makes play more intense...
Imagin playing halo... when opponent shoot your arm... and you loose $20... Intense enough?
